So many of you are wondering how our fish comes in.  Each day we decide where we want tomorrow's freshest fish to come from.  Once we have picked our region, we call on our fisherman buddies in that area and have them ship what we need overnight.  Some days we get some surprises in the box that we didn't ask for, and we LOVE that! Here's a short video of what a massive piece of moonfish looks like coming in and how it's portioned and put in the case!! Happy cooking Ya'll!!

This is one of the major concerns we get with customers when we bring in oysters. "Only eat oysters in the months that have an "r" in them". You should be concerned!! Here's what you should know. Our oysters this time of year are either brought in from the super cold waters off the Coast of Canada, or brought in off of raft raised farms.
